Tiago Oliveira, a Nutrition Coach and Fitness Chef, discovered his passion for healthy eating and nutrition 10 years ago. His mission is to educate clients about balanced eating habits and help them achieve their physical goals through a well-rounded diet, avoiding extreme approaches that can be harmful to health. Believing that food is the best medicine, Tiago has developed a personalized nutrition program to address various needs, including weight loss, detox, dietary re-education, and muscle gain.
Whether online or in-person, Tiago’s consultancy focuses on creating a comprehensive, customized meal plan for each client. He also offers the option of home delivery for his culinary creations, which consist of original, practical, and nutritious dishes for all meals of the day. His goal is to provide a holistic, sustainable approach to nutrition, tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

Dr. Navarro - MD
Dr. Navarro’s journey in Medicine started at a young age when he used to follow his father, who is also a physician at a local hospital in Santa Clara, Cuba. He was a kid inspired by the prophecy “Heart that heals, hands that care”. He learned from those who were saving lives, helping people to love in the form of healing. His compassion for others was growing as he spent many hours a day helping as a volunteer in hospitals and disaster fields, and his passion for the science of medicine took him to Serafin Sanchez Medicine School to achieve his most beloved dream: provide his knowledge and skills to those in pain, in need, or in lack of care.
Juliana - NP
Juliana Natividad is a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Barry University in Miami Gardens and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from National University in San Diego, California. With over 15 years of experience across various healthcare settings, Juliana is skilled in acute care, trauma surgery, and functional medicine.
In her current role at Boca Well, Juliana provides primary care to the Brazilian community, where she integrates a holistic approach to health and wellness. She is certified in and specializes in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) and has worked extensively in functional medicine and weight loss management.
Juliana’s dedication to healthcare is inspired by her grandfather, a medical doctor recognized for his compassionate care for the underprivileged community. Juliana’s early career included roles in primary care, urgent care, medical-surgical nursing, and trauma surgery, as well as active-duty service in the U.S. Coast Guard. Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in Spanish, she is committed to providing culturally sensitive, patient-centered care.
